Miller Building Systems, Inc., formerly a division of Coachmen Industries, Inc. (NYSE: COA), is pleased to announce that it has been acquired by MBSI Holdings, LLC. MBSI Holdings is comprised of Opus Acquisitions Group, LLC, The Warrior Group, Inc. and members of Miller’s senior management team. The new ownership structure provides Miller with the distinction of becoming the first minority owned manufacturer of telecommunications shelters and commercial systems-built structures in the U.S. All of Miller’s management staff and production personnel will remain with the company, and the company will continue to operate from its two locations in Elkhart, Indiana and Leola, Pennsylvania.
